• Gilbey's® Gin
• Creme De Cassis
• Rose's® Lime Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 3/4 oz Gilbey's® Gin
• 1/2 oz Creme de Cassis
• 1/2 oz Rose's® Lime Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the gin, creme de cassis and Rose's lime juice into a parfait glass filled with shaven ice
• Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve
