Ingredients for a Neon Tower

• Midori® Melon Liqueur
• Southern Comfort® Peach Liqueur
• Lemon Juice
• Sugar Syrup
• Egg
• Pepsi® Slice Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Midori® Melon Liqueur
• 1 1/2 oz Southern Comfort® Peach Liqueur
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
• 1 tsp Egg White
• 3 oz Pepsi® Slice Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Shake and strain into an ice-filled collins glass, and add slice
• Garnish with a slice of lemon, and serve with straws
