Ingredients for a Network Special

• Coffee Brandy
• Light Rum
• 151 Proof Rum
• Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Coffee Brandy
• 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
• 1 tsp 151 Proof Rum
• 1/4 oz Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients except 151-proof rum in a cocktail shaker with ice
• Strain into a cocktail glass
• Float 151-proof rum on top
