Ingredients for a New Orleans Fizz

• Gin
• Cream
• Orange Flower Water
• Sugar Syrup
• Powdered Sugar
• Egg
• Lemon Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/4 oz Cream
• 1 Dash Orange Flower Water
• 1/4 - 3/4 oz Sugar Syrup
• 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 1 Egg White
• 1 oz Lemon Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except soda) well over ice cubes in a shaker
• Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes, fill with soda, and serve
