Ingredients for a Bijou Cocktail

  • Sweet Vermouth
  • Gin
  • Green Chartreuse
  • Orange Bitters
  • Cherry

Quantities for one drink:

  • 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 3/4 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1 Dash Orange Bitters
  • 1 Cherry

Blending Instructions:

  • Shake all ingredients (except the cherry) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
  • Add the cherry on top and serve
