Ingredients for a Over the Rainbow

• Spiced Rum
• Orange Curacao Liqueur
• Rainbow Sherbert
• Peaches
• Strawberries

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Spiced Rum
• 1 oz Orange Curacao Liqueur
• 2 Scoops Rainbow Sherbert
• 4 Slices Peeled Peaches
• 2 Strawberries

Blending Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients with one cup of crushed ice in a blender
• Blend until smooth, and pour into a parfait glass
• Garnish with a strawberry and a slice of peach, and serve
