Ingredients for a Paua Shell

• Vodka
• Blue Curacao Liqueur
• Galliano® Herbal Liqueur
• Cointreau® Orange Liqueur

Quantities for one drink:

• 4 tsp Vodka
• 2 tsp Blue Curacao Liqueur
• 2 tsp Galliano® Herbal Liqueur
• 1 tsp Cointreau® Orange Liqueur

Blending Instructions:

• Start with your blue Curacao and layer it with Vanilla Galliano (the yellow one)
• Allow the layers to mix a little so you have three merging colours of blue, green and yellow
• Layer a small amount of cointreau and complete the drink with a layer of Vodka
