Ingredients for a Soviet

• Vodka
• Sherry
• Dry Vermouth
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1/2 oz Amontillado Sherry
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes
• Add the twist of lemon peel and serve
