Ingredients for a Portuguese Daisy- Ruby Port
- Brandy
- Lemon Juice
- Superfine Sugar
- Grenadine Syrup
Quantities for one drink:
- 2 oz Ruby Port
- 1 oz Brandy
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Grenadine Syrup
Blending Instructions:
- Pour the port, brandy, lemon juice, sugar and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well and pour into an old-fashioned glass
- Garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve
