Ingredients for a RAC Cocktail

• Gin
• Dry Vermouth
• Rosso Vermouth
• Orange Bitters
• Grenadine Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
• 3/4 oz Rosso Vermouth
• 1 tsp Orange Bitters
• 1 tsp Grenadine Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Stir and strain into a cocktail glass
• Add a speared cherry, and a twist of orange peel
