Ingredients for a Rainbow Julep- Mint
- Marie Brizard® Apry Apricot Brandy
- Bourbon Whiskey
Quantities for one drink:
- 2 Fresh Mint Sprigs
- 1/2 oz Marie Brizard® Apry Apricot Brandy
- 2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
Blending Instructions:
- Muddle one of the mint sprigs with apricot brandy in the bottom of a mixing glass
- Add bourbon and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice
- Swirl with a barspoon until the outer glass frosts
- Garnish with a mint sprig, and serve
