Ingredients for a Ruby Port Cobbler

• Ruby Port
• Club Soda
• Superfine Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 1/2 oz Ruby Port
• 3 oz Club Soda
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Dissolve the sugar in the club soda in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass
• Add crushed ice until the glass is almost full, and stir well
• Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a slice of orange, and a slice of lemon
