- Egg
- Sugar
- Light Cream
- Nutmeg
Quantities for one drink:
- 2 oz Scotch
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 1/2 oz Light Cream
- 1/8 tsp Grated Nutmeg
Blending Instructions:
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch, egg, sugar, and cream
- Shake well
- Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg
