Ingredients for a Tropical Champagne

• Dark Rum
• Orange Juice
• Passion-fruit Syrup
• Lemon Juice
• Champagne

Quantities for one drink:

• 3/4 oz Dark Rum
• 3/4 oz Orange Juice
• 2 - 3 Dashes Passion-fruit Syrup
• 2 - 3 Dashes Lemon Juice
• 4 oz Champagne

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except champagne) well over ice cubes in a shaker
• Strain into a champagne flute, carefully fill with champagne, and serve
