Quantities for one drink:
- 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
- 1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Champagne
Blending Instructions:
- Shake the apricot brandy, orange juice and bitters with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute
- Top with champagne, garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve
