Ingredients for a Venus Rum

• White Rum
• Apricot Brandy
• Triple Sec
• Lime Juice
• Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz White Rum
• 1 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except soda water) and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with broken ice
• Add soda, add straws, garnish with a slice of starfruit, and serve
