Ingredients for a Waikiki Beach

• White Rum
• Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• Coconut Cream
• Pineapple Juice
• Whipping Cream
• Passion-fruit Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz White Rum
• 1/2 oz Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Coconut Cream
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Whipping Cream
• 1 oz Passion-fruit Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Rim a wine goblet with egg white and sweet grated coconut
• Shake ingredients, strain into the glass, and serve
