Ingredients for a Brandy Punch- Brandy
- Dark Rum
- Lemon Juice
- Water
- Dry Ginger Ale
- Orange
- Pineapple
- Raspberries
Quantities for one drink:
- 50 Cl Brandy
- 12 Cl Dark Rum
- 3 Cl Lemon Juice
- 20 Cl Water
- 30 Cl Dry Ginger Ale
- 1 Sliced Orange
- 1 tbsp Pineapple Chunks
- 1 tbsp Raspberries
Blending Instructions:
- Combine all but ginger ale in a punch bowl with sufficient ice to chill
- Add ginger ale when ready to serve, and pour out into wine glasses
