Ingredients for a Parisiana Punch

  • Champagne
  • Madeira
  • Cognac
  • Sugar
  • Lemons

Quantities for one drink:

  • 75 Cl Champagne
  • 30 Cl Madeira
  • 12.5 Cl Cognac
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Lemons

Blending Instructions:

  • Add madeira, cognac, sugar and lemons (washed and halved) to a large jug
  • Mix until sugar dissolves, and chill for 2 - 3 hours
  • Add the champagne, and serve in wine glasses
