Ingredients for a White Tiger's Milk

• Applejack® Brandy
• Marie Brizard® Apry Apricot Brandy
• Angostura® Bitters
• Simple Syrup
• Egg
• Milk

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Applejack® Brandy
• 2 oz Marie Brizard® Apry Apricot Brandy
• 1/2 tsp Angostura® Bitters
• 2 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg White
• 1/2 Pint Milk

Blending Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and whisk
• Chill and serve dusted with freshly grated nutmeg
