Ingredients for a Prairie Chicken

• Gin
• Egg
• Salt
• Black Pepper

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 Whole Egg
• Salt
• Black Pepper

Blending Instructions:

• Open egg without breaking the yolk and put into a red wine glass
• Pour gin on top of egg, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve
