Ingredients for a Pistachio Cream

  • Pistachio Liqueur
  • Brandy
  • Vanilla Ice-cream

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1 oz Pistachio Liqueur
  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 5 oz Vanilla Ice-cream

Blending Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time
  • Pour into a chilled champagne flute and serve
