Ingredients for a Peach Treat

• Peach Brandy
• Orange Juice
• Champagne
• Peach

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Peach Brandy
• 2 oz Orange Juice
• 4 oz Chilled Champagne
• 1 Slice Peach

Blending Instructions:

• Shake brandy and orange juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over several ice cubes
• Top with chilled champagne, add the peach slice, and serve
