Ingredients for a Pike's Peak Cooler

• Egg
• Powdered Sugar
• Lemon Juice
• Cider

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 3/4 - 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
• 6 - 8 oz Cider

Blending Instructions:

• Shake the egg, sugar and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass with cracked ice
• Fill with cider and stir
• Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle over the rim of glass
