Ingredients for a Gin Cup

• Gin
• Sugar Syrup
• Lemon Juice
• Mint
• Ice

Quantities for one drink:

• 3 oz Gin
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
• 3/4 - 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 3 Mint Sprigs
• Ice

Blending Instructions:

• Place the mint sprigs and sugar syrup in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass
• Stir about to bruise the mint slightly
• Fill the glass with chopped / shaved ice
• Add the lemon juice and gin and stir until a frost begins to form
• Decorate with extra mint sprigs, and serve
