Ingredients for a Sea Fizz

• Absinthe
• Lemon Juice
• Sugar
• Egg White
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Absinthe (deva)
• 1 Half Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 Egg White
• Seltzer Or Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass and fill with seltzer
