Ingredients for a Mardee Mine

• Dark Rum
• Sweet Vermouth
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
• 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum and vermouth
• Stir well
• Strain into a cocktail glass
• Garnish with the lemon twist
