Ingredients for a Lil Naue

• Brandy
• Apricot Brandy
• Port
• Powdered Sugar
• Egg Yolk
• Cinnamon

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1/2 oz Port
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 1 Egg Yolk
• Cinnamon

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except cinnamon) with ice and strain into a red wine glass
• Sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve
