Ingredients for a Kurant Collins

• Absolut Kurant
• Lemon Juice
• Powdered Sugar
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Absolut Kurant
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 3 oz Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Absolut Kurant, lemon juice, and sugar
• Shake well
• Strain into a collins glass alomst filled with ice cubes
• Add the club soda
