Ingredients for a Blue Knickers

• Vodka
• Blue Curacao
• Galliano
• Pineapple Juice
• Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Shot Vodka
• 1 Shot Blue Curacao
• 1 Shot Galliano
• Pineapple Juice
• 1 Dash Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Shake the Vodka, Blue Curacao, Galliano and pineapple juice in a shaker
• Pour into glass and add a layer of cream to the top
• Serve with a straw and an orange wedge
• Drink is to be sipped through the straw
