Ingredients for a Horse's Neck

• Lemon Peel
• Brandy
• Ginger Ale
• Bitters

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Long Strip Lemon Peel
• 2 oz Brandy
• 5 oz Ginger Ale
• 2 Dashes Bitters

Blending Instructions:

• Place the lemon peel spiral in a highball glass and drape one end of it over the rim of the glass
• Fill the glass with ice cubes
• Pour the brandy, ginger ale, and bitters into the glass
• Stir well
