• Light Rum
• Dry Vermouth
• Bitters
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Light Rum
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1 Dash Bitters
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, vermouth, and bitters
• Stir well
• Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist
