Ingredients for a Fruit Pastille

  • Gin
  • Dry Vermouth
  • Blue Curacao
  • Grenadine
  • Orange Juice
  • Ice

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1 Measure Gin
  • 1/2 Measure Dry Vermouth
  • 3 Dashes Blue Curacao
  • 3 Dashes Grenadine
  • Fill With Orange Juice
  • Ice Cubes

Blending Instructions:

  • Place ice cubes into the glass
  • Pour over measure of Gin, followed by the dry Vermouth
  • Then fill up to desired level with Orange Juice
  • Gently pour in dashes of Blue Curacao so that about 2/3rds of the orange goes green
  • Then pour in the dashes of Grenadine so the bottom of the drink turns red
  • Serve with straw
