Ingredients for a Strawberry Kir Royale

• Strawberries
• Sugar
• Champagne
• Creme De Cassis

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 Cups Halved Strawberries
• 1 Tblsp Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Chilled Champagne
• 1 tsp Creme de Cassis

Blending Instructions:

• Mix strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let stand for 5-10 minutes
• Stir occasionally
• Divide into two white wine glasses, add champagne and creme de cassis
