Ingredients for a Gimlet

• Gin
• Lime Juice Cordial
• Lime

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice Cordial (Rose's)
• 1 Lime Wedge

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the gin and lime cordial into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes
• Stir well
• Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lime wedge
