Ingredients for a Shark's Mai Tai

• Dark Rum
• Light Rum
• Sour Mix
• Grenadine
• 151 Proof Rum
• Ice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Part Dark Rum (Bacardi)
• 1 Part Light Rum (Bacardi)
• 3 Parts Sour Mix (Rose's)
• 2 Shots Grenadine (Rose's)
• 1 Shot Bacardi 151 Proof Rum
• 3 Parts Ice

Blending Instructions:

• Mix all ingedients in a blender except for the 151 rum
• Pour into a cocktail glass with ice to about 1 inch below the rim
• Add the shot of 151 but do not mix
• Let settle for about 1 minute before serving
