Ingredients for a Fog Cutter

  • Light Rum
  • Gin
  • Brandy
  • Orange Juice
  • Lemon Juice
  • Orgeat Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Brandy
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 3 Tblsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Orgeat Syrup

Blending Instructions:

  • Shake all ingredients and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes
  • Top with a teaspoon of sweet sherry and serve
