Ingredients for a Elk's Own Cocktail

• Blended Whiskey
• Port
• Lemon
• Powdered Sugar
• Egg White
• Pineapple

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Blended Whiskey
• 3/4 oz Port
• Juice of 1/4 Lemon
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 1 Egg White
• 1 Slice Pineapple

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except pineapple) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
• Add the pineapple slice and serve
