Ingredients for a Creamy Screwdriver

• Vodka
• Orange Juice
• Sugar
• Egg Yolk

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Vodka
• 6 oz Orange Juice
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 Egg Yolk

Blending Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender
• Blend at a low speed for a short length of time
• Pour into a collins glass and serve
