Ingredients for a Cosmos

• Ice
• Light Rum
• Lime Juice
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• Crushed Ice
• 2 oz Light Rum
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• In a shaker half-filled with crushed ice, combine all of the ingredients
• Shake well
• Strain into a cocktail glass
