Ingredients for a Corkscrew

• Light Rum
• Peach Schnapps
• Dry Vermouth
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
• 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, peach schnapps, and vermouth
• Stir well
• Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist
