Ingredients for a Screwdriver á la Carla

• Vodka
• Orange Juice
• Sugar
• Egg Yolk

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Vodka
• 6 oz Orange Juice
• 3 Tblsp Sugar
• 1 Egg Yolk

Blending Instructions:

• Mix the orange juice with sugar and the yolk of an egg
• Then pour in the vodka with some icecubes and stir
• Serve well chilled
