Ingredients for a Buttafuoco

• Tequila
• Galliano
• Cherry Liqueur
• Lemon Juice
• Club Soda
• Maraschino Cherry

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz White Tequila
• 1/2 oz Galliano
• 1/2 oz Cherry Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• Club Soda
• Maraschino Cherry

Blending Instructions:

• In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except club soda and cherry with cracked ice
• Shake well
• Strain into glass over ice cubes and fill with club soda
• Stir, then add cherry
