Ingredients for a Cafe de Paris- Gin
- Anisette
- Egg White
- Heavy Cream
Quantities for one drink:
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Anisette
- 1 Egg White
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
Blending Instructions:
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients
- Shake well
- Strain into a sour glass
