Ingredients for a Clam Eye

• Clamato Juice
• Beer

Quantities for one drink:

• 7 oz Clamato Juice (preferably Motts)
• 1 Bottle Beer (preferably Canadian)

Blending Instructions:

• Shake Clamato (keep at room temperature)
• Pour Clamato into Pilsner glass or oversized beer mug
• Pour beer generously down the inside of the glass until full
• Be careful of foaming head
• Add celery salt, tobasco sauce, and/or worchestershire sauce for flavouring
