Ingredients for a Brandy Fizz

• Brandy
• Lemon Juice
• Sugar
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 1/2 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 4 oz Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, lemon juice, and sugar
• Shake well
• Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
• Add the club soda
• Stir well
