Ingredients for a Brandy Fix

• Brandy
• Lemon
• Powdered Sugar
• Water
• Lemon

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 1/2 oz Brandy
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 1 tsp Water
• 1 Slice Lemon

Blending Instructions:

• Combine juice of lemon, powdered sugar, and water in a highball glass
• Stir, fill with shaved ice, and add brandy
• Stir again, add the lemon slice, and serve with a straw
