Ingredients for a Brandy Cocktail

• Brandy
• Sugar Syrup
• Bitters
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1/4 tsp Sugar Syrup
• 2 Dashes Bitters
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
• Add the twist of lemon peel and serve
