Ingredients for a Applejack Collins

• Applejack Brandy
• Lemon Juice
• Superfine Sugar
• Orange Bitters
• Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Applejack® brandy
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
• 4 dashes orange bitterssoda water

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the Applejack brandy, lemon juice, sugar and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice
• Shake well, and strain into a chilled collins glass
• Top with soda water, to taste, and serve
