Ingredients for a Alfonso- Dubonnet® French Vermouth
- Angostura® Bitters
- Sugar
- Champagne
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 oz Dubonnet® French Vermouth
- 2 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Champagne
Blending Instructions:
- In a wine glass, add the bitters to the sugar
- Then add the dubonnet and a tsp
- of ice
- Fill the glass with champagne, stir gently and garnish with a twist of lemon peel
